Description

Dorothy Stratten was August 1979’s Playboy playmate, who was subsequently named Playmate of the Year in 1980. She was pursuing a career as an actress, as well, when she decided to leave her estranged husband, Paul Snider. Snider murdered her and killed himself on August 14, 1980. This movie was inspired by these events.
