In this episode, STEMINIST host Moriah Bisewski interviews Rosario Maltbia, a UH electrical and computer engineering alum. Rosario has been with Shell for six years as a product manager but moved to California amid the COVID-19 pandemic for a new role as a facility engineer. In this new role, she manages a "terminal," maintaining production schedules and communicating across multiple teams. She attributes much of her success to her communication skills and management style of building up employees.
