We start with standing because it informs how we manage the rest of the elements - it supports presence, it supports breathing and it supports speaking. In this episode I'm going to teach you a little bit about Alexander Technique and use the principles of that training to learn how to stand, and also to sit (super helpful in Zoom times, right?)
