If you've followed me for a while, you'll know that my signature training involves 4 elements: standing, breathing, speaking and reading. If you haven't listened to the first episode about Standing, you have to do that first. It's episode 13, season 1. You have to carry your body in a supportive way so that your breathwork is effective! In this episode I talk about controlled breathing as well as deep breathing and why they're both imperative for speaking skills. I also lead you through a controlled breathing exercise and lead you to resources I've made that you can grab.
