Do NOT listen to while driving or operating machinery. This week’s episode is a guided awareness practice you can do sitting, standing, laying down, walking, or a combination of those postures (find and follow what feels good for you) to promote grounding and connection with your physical body.
Tune in and notice your body, thoughts and emotions without judgement or trying to force your mind to be clear. The key here is to be present with what is and observe the energetic information (thoughts, feelings, sensations) moving within without trying to change them or make them go away.
