The Well Mind is a space for meaningful conversations about a broad range of wellness related topics, with a special emphasis on mental wellness. I’m your host Dr. Ben Kohls. Welcome to the podcast! It’s great to have you with me today. On a snowy January day here in Mankato, Dr Luke Weber joined me in the studio. Dr. Luke is an athlete, coach, provider or chiropractic care, and an all around good dude. It has been a while since I’ve been able to have someone in the studio with me and we had a great time. Dr. Luke speaks about his time as a collegiate diver and competing at a very high level. We talk about life on and off the board and how these experiences translate into his current role as a high school and college diving coach. Professionally, he is a business owner and provides chiropractic care through his practice at Kinetic Spine and Sport. We discuss our approaches to healing and helping, the interconnectedness of physical and mental pain and wellness, and how he sees himself as a facilitator. Here is my conversation with Dr. Luke in Episode 30 of the Well Mind Podcast, Facilitating Healing and Wellness.
