On this episode we sat down with our friend Dennis Montgomery and talked about everything on the buying and selling side of real estate. We swapped property management war stories and talk about what you should do in 2021 if you are just starting out in real estate investing. If you've bought or sold a house in St. Louis in the past 4 years then you've probably crossed paths with Dennis. He has been working full time for Fasterhouse the past 4 years; first as dispositions manager and currently as an acquisition manager. As well as owning a rental portfolio of over 20 doors. Dennis has experience also has experience as a property manager. Dennis is very heavily involved with the Youth and his church and loves to positively impact people’s lives. He graduated from St. Louis Christian College in 2008 He has a wife and two great kiddos that he enjoys fishing with and taking camping.
