Podcast 0013 is on Resiliency and how the technique helps us recover more quickly from negative events, such as a trauma. I was in a state of shock with my car accident back in 2017. Instead of taking days to get out of the shock, it was 8 hours... in between talking to people, waiting for a tow truck, etc... whenever I had the opportunity, I was doing the technique. I got home from the ER around 4 am... I was in the recliner, and doing the technique. Around 5am... I realized my shock was lifting, my head cleared, and I was able to drift off to sleep quickly.

 When I woke up, I was able to start getting the car to a shop. The shock was gone, and not a debilitating factor, of stunned, dazed, and "foggy" headed. My recovery was enhanced by the technique stopping that state of shock, it enhanced my resiliency. Shock and negative emotions are an impedance to normal function... learn how it can help you recover more quickly.
