Description

This is a simple list of foods that can easily make you more vibrant & healthy. Both physically & mentally! So many diets over-complicate this topic. This list is not about counting calories & restriction. If you can stick to the foods around this list there isn't a need for restriction. Eat till you're satisfied! Really! Of course if you want to be specific or have certain health complications you may look elsewhere. But, i would guess 90% of the population would greatly improve life quality using this list as their guideline. We are talking easy access foods for all. Supplements are not covered. Add them if you need. Here what's ahead...
