In this episode we spend a great deal of time discussing why routines are so important, how we try to model and demonstrate this importance to our kids, and how we plan to explain this importance to them as they get older.
As we attempted to wrap up we also took a sharp left turn into the political landscape of America which if that doesn't interest you do no worries just hit that play/pause button once you get towards minute 60 or so.
