Exposure therapy Definition- psychological treatment that was designed to help people confront their fears, when people are fearful they tend to avoid, the feared objects. Although this avoidance might help reduce the fear, in the short term, over the long term it can make the fear become even worse

Ex length of time, time of day, environment, who is with you
Facing fears, starting with the least fearful thing on the least
Practice
Reward brave behavior
Repeat, go to second fear etc
