In this podcast, I talk about why blockbuster actually failed and why Netflix overcame it which it should’ve never done because blockbuster was the bigger company they had more power they were known, and yet they managed to fail we talk about in this podcast about how that actually happened and how people who want to run a business or own a business can keep it in business if they become a Netflix instead of a blockbuster. One of the things that kill blockbuster is how they were so cocky and not wanting to change anything and they couldn’t compete with the Internet.
