Description

People work to value; there is no such thing as killing yourself over someones else's job or company. Because people do not care about others, only their families and big lifestyles. So now lots of people are working to rule, meaning there are not wasting their talents in your company. People are all different, and if companies would wake up and use people at their talents they would be able to stay in business. But no they treat everyone the same in not knowing that they have very creative people in there midst.  If people start to get paid there value, they would work more effetively, or if they were compensated with a good health care plan. The idea is the middle men and the micro managing is now what is causing people to quit, as the people are so out of touch with the world we live in.
