This weeks episode is a compliment to last weeks show where I mention that I would share my rituals surrounding the Full Moon & New Moons. What I do, why I do it and how I do it! I loved creating this one for you because I feel that when we are honouring our months rather than the entire year all at once it's less stressful and overwhelming. My vision with this episode is that you find ways to invite in more flow, fun and freedom into each and every month.
