In today's episode I wanted to share some of my favourite ways to release stress in the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental bodies.  I sense that as we move into the last quarter of 2020, we'll become more reflective.  We may begin to internalize some of the weight of the world around us and I want to give you some tools to release what's not yours to hold onto.  This next month will be an excellent time to restore, relax and reflect on the good that has come from this year.  Looking at what you wanted to create way back in January 2020 to what you now envision for yourself after everything has shifted.  A couple of questions to think about and journal on:

What does your heart want now that it may not have noticed before?

What can you now let go of that you weren't ready to let go of before?
