By passion, she’s a coach, mentor, author, podcaster, world traveler, health and wellness advocate, encourager, and loves to see people succeed in life. Her story of carrying the residue from the trauma, abuse, heartbreak, divorce, abandonment, miscarriage, single parenting, and bankruptcy into the next 30 years of her life, she found herself stuck in her mid-40s just existing, and even questioned her reason for living.
