She was former special education teacher of many years, now a Certified Yoga Teacher with additional certifications in Restorative and Yin practices. Trained as a Y12SR (Yoga of 12 Step Recovery) Leader, a Trauma Recovery Yoga method teacher, and an Accessible Yoga Instructor.
Meet Me On My Mat offers virtual and outdoor classes and private sessions for you, your family, your friends, your colleagues, or wherever you find yourself in community. And every last Sunday of every month, she headed a community called DIY (Day of International Yoga) with a diverse Yoga teachers sharing a full day of yoga classes from around the world.
