In return for answering 30 NPS style questions about their business, we sent through an in-depth, bespoke report on the current scalability and vulnerability of their business. (Based on our researching over 115K SME businesses, and determining the DNA of Business Failure!). We identified, that whilst they had some really GREAT products/services, some relatively good and effective marketing and were very clear as to their motivation for being in business.
There were also some area's that lacked focus, attention and as a result left them exposed to risk. Which if left unattended to could well result in them either going or growing broke (as they continue to trade).
