Every week, we host. a FREE TO ATTEND, LIVE and INTERACTIVE zoom session entitled the #ADDAZERO ScaleUp sessions.
Whoever is first on the call, gets to join me in picking a random page from the #ADDAZERO Scale Up (BaseCamp) Book, from which we will take the subject heading, and then discuss that with those on the call. What it is, its importance and the impact of either having or not having this within YOUR business.
This week, we stopped on the Subject of the Mission Statement. And whilst I've briefly mentioned this in an earlier episode. As this is SO important to the ongoing growth and development of both the business and the people within it. We've dedicated this episode to really getting into, what it is (and what it isn't) why its important, and HOW to create a compelling mission statement for your business.
