What do Dave Asprey, Joel Seedman, Naudi Aguilar and Aaron Horschig's all have in common? They have all blocked Alexis Leveille/ @nobullshitphysio on instagram. I was fortunate enough to have Alexis on as my podcast guest this week. He has one of my favorite pages on social media currently. What makes it so great is, 99.9% of the majority of clinicians or trainers on social media will post what’s working with the small population they work with, and extrapolate those results too literally everyone else. This becomes a slippery slope and the claims become more and more outrageous, especially when we are selling testicle pills or some new manual therapy. Alexis has made it his mission to debunk the bullshit, removing any bias and simply presenting what the literature is saying and how it’s applicable, in language that’s understandable to people that have no idea how to read literature. Alexis is also a physiotherapist out of Canada. If you can’t work with him in person he also works remotely with patient as well as offers a mentorships.
