With the A-League's truest underdogs, the Newcastle Jets visiting Adelaide United on Friday evening at Coopers Stadium, we got together with South Australia's most iconic football personality, Dimi Pana to gather his thoughts on all things concerning the Reds, and whether the the well-travelled Jets can mount a challenge when they face United in an important match for both teams.
Dimi, also affectionately known as 'Mr Comets', having grown up with the Adelaide Comets FC since he was a kid and having overseen the development of the three Newcastle players Valentino Yuel, Apostolos Stamatelopoulos & Tete Yengi at the club, discusses the progress the South Aussies are currently making at the Jets and how far they can all go on an individual basis in the A-league.
