February, the month of love BUT it's also the month of us talking about how much we love Steven Universe! Our host Fran invites her close personal friend Ari to the show to talk about everything and anything Steven Universe! Ari recently had the chance to finish the series during the 2020 quarantine and has been obsessed ever since! They'll be talking about how they first started watching it, which characters they relate to the most, the songs that have made them shed a few tears, as well as talk about the episodes that mean so much to them! They'll also be talking about the LGBTQ+ representation that the show has given throughout its run on Cartoon Network as well as how they have addressed mental health in the later seasons of the series as well as the made for TV movie. As always, SPOILERS AHEAD if you haven't watched or finished the series! It's our longest episode of the podcast so far but it's about a series that we love so much and we hope you enjoy!
