Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy, you can be well, you can do your job, you can help and care for others, and you can do all the things you need to and want to accomplish in a day.
When you do live within the truths that God has given you, you will lose your true identity and will live a life of lies. More importantly, you will be unhappy. You will make yourself unhappy :(. You deserve better! Do BETTER!
Talking the truths into existent will bring you self-love, self-appreciation, inner peace, outward mobility. Don't be afraid to be afraid. That is a natural response to the material world. It takes time but with discipline and commitment you will achieve the peace that God intended for you.
