In this episode of Grounded, Sarah and Bassmah are joined by guests Craig Ball and Jack Petersen to talk about a topic that is seriously under-discussed - men's mental health.
Craig is a veteran of Afghanistan and a former member of the Australian Army, who now works with men everywhere as a presenter on mental health, and founder of the Men's Mental Health Transformation Facebook community. Jack is a UNSW student and active Student Minds volunteer who is passionate about sparking discussion about mental health issues faced by men.
We talk about everything from the stigma surrounding men's emotionality and vulnerability, to ways that loved ones can support men in their lives, to how men can foster their own mental wellbeing, with incredible insights and unique perspectives from both Jack and Craig.
