Naomi Fein is the Director of Business Operations at the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Before joining the Federation, Naomi worked for Yeshiva University and PresenTense so she has a lot of experience about non-profit organizations and how they work .
Throughout this interview she teaches us about community, perspective, risk assessment, strategic thinking, operative planning, financial responsibility, and more.
Naomi has a B.S. in Family Studies, an MA in Community Leadership and Philanthropy Studies and is a certified Project Manager.
