Nearly 3 in 4 moms were in the workforce before the pandemic, but is that changing? Is COVID-19 pushing women out of the workforce? We explore that question as we sit down with two amazing women, Sarah Blutt, Ph.D. a professor and researcher at Baylor College of Medicine and Sonia Weber, a second grade teacher with a degree in psychology and a Master's in social work, who are both managing successful careers while also caring for family against the backdrop of the pandemic. They share insights into how they are thriving and/or surviving in this COVID-19 world.
