Description

How can you change the world (and subsequently your workplaces) through compassion? April Wensel reminds us that people are suffering, but we can choose to alleviate their suffering or at least not add to it. In this episode we discuss fierce compassion, rational compassion, self compassion (all the compassions), and the differences between compassion and empathy. Compassion is not about toning things down or embracing meekness; it is about standing up for what's right and channeling your emotions into action and change. Will you join us?
