Larry was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, and got into real estate in the early 2000’s. Growing up learning carpentry, he fostered foundational skills to build houses. After realizing college wasn’t for him, he faced a series of monumental life events that altered the trajectory of his life!
He acquired his first real estate property, had his first-born daughter, and was in a car accident that had him out of work, all in the same month! During that time, Larry learned one of his "WHYs" regarding owning property: it’s not just about collecting rents. It was about connecting with people, too.
Everything changed. The way he thought, the way he listened, and the way he responded to his surroundings.
Fast forward to today and many years later, Larry has acquired his fair share of ups and downs. Major lesson learned: "NO Bad Days, Just Challenging Days''. This perspective helps him keep his perspective on what’s truly important, while learning from life along the way. This hard-knocks MBA has now opened a new chapter in his professional career and Larry is looking to apply what he’s learned while teaching others along the way.
