On Dec. 7, 1999, a woman walking her dog noticed a couple burying something among the rocks along Lake Ontario in Etobicoke, a subdivision of Toronto. She waited around and when they left, she went over and looked inside a bag they had tried to bury.
Inside the bag she would find something horrific. A hand and forearm, which was later determined to be that of 5 year old Farah Khan.
