Jon explains his own extensive research into the real foundations of hypnotic susceptibility. Hypnosis is not something done to us but an aspect of our everyday processing of the world. Understanding this makes us much less vulnerable to advertising, spin doctoring, fake news and recruitment into authoritarian groups and relationships.
