Today is Election day. All eyes are on the Virginia Gubernatorial Race. Even though Viginanians are focused on what is beneficial for their State, the national implications are palpable. Democratic Candidate Terry McAuliffe thought if he tied opponent Republican Glenn Youngkin to Donald Trump, he would ease into the Governor's Office, no problem. Youngkin, a savvy candidate, running as an outsider, seized on McAuliffe's arrogance and surged in the polls. Giving the McAuliffe and the Democratic party a jolt of reality. Citizens care about the issues in this moment, not some far-fetched candidacy in the future.
It appears skilled workers cannot be so easily replaced. Just ask Boeing and any airline about the pilots lining up to replace the one protesting the mandate. The vaccine mandates are disrupting businesses across the Country.
