On this week’s episode Emily chats with Korah Hoffman who is a Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) and has her Master’s in Public Administration (MPA). Korah gives us advice on how to make it through this pandemic and maintain our sanity. She provides several options for us to do now if we don’t have the resources, time or commitment to seek out a mental health professional for help.
