The world values us according to its own standard.

I am sure you have attached a self-value to yourself.

What is your value or worth?

It is the sum total of all our experiences, especially what we experience from the dearest ones.

Can we believe even that?

I don't think so. No one in the world really knows YOUR real worth!

Then, how can you know your real value?

St. Anthony of Padua (1195-1231), the miracle worker has a secret to share,

मसीह जो आपका जीवन है आपके सामने लटक रहा है; ताकि आप जैसे आईना में देखते हैं वैसे क्रूस को देखें।

“Christ who is your life is hanging before you, so that you may look at the Cross as in a mirror."

The Crucified Lord is the sign of your worth!

Yes, you heard me correctly.

God paid the price of His only Beloved Son's life to make you His own.

In the eyes of God, the very Life of Jesus is your worth!

That precious you are to God!

St. Anthony would continue to say,

"There you will be able to know how mortal were your wounds, that no medicine other than the Blood of the Son of God could heal. If you look closely, you will be able to realize how great your human dignity and your value are…. Nowhere other than looking at himself in the mirror of the Cross can man better understand how much he is worth.”

Do you have a Crucifix in your room?

Do have one. It is worth it!

Because the Scripture says,

उन्होंने जिसे छेदा है, वे उसी की ओर देखेंगे। (ज़कारिया का ग्रन्थ 12:10)

“They will look on the one whom they have pierced.” (John 19:37)

Let's fulfil the Scriptures!

Let's more often look at the Cross and remind ourselves of the worth God has for us!
