जीवनदायी वचन #56: ईश्वर का वचन जीवन्त & सशक्त [St. Basil, the Great] Colossians 3:16

The Word of God is NOT a dead or inanimate object.

The Word of God is a Living Being, the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity.

When the Angel Gabriel announced to the Blessed Virgin about the Mystery of Incarnation, She was conceived.

Her listening to the Word resulted in her becoming pregnant with the Word.

She gave flesh to the Word of God.

Every annunciation, the proclamation of the Word of God, must result in Incarnation - the Word taking flesh in us.

St. Basil the Great (329-379) said,

"सुसमाचार की घोषणा अक्सर (bahut) होती है। शरीर धारण बहुत ही दुर्लभ (कम) हैं"

Annunciations are frequent. Incarnations are rare.

The Divine Plan is to make us all 'conformed to the image of the Son of God' (Romans 8:29

To fulfill that Mission, God sent His Word, the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity, into the world.

The Living Word must dwell in us because the Word is a Person, and NOT an inanimate object.

St. Paul says,

मसीह की शिक्षा अपनी परिपूर्णता में आप लोगों में निवास करें।

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly." (Colossians 3:16)

The Word of God, by dwelling within us, can transform us into the image of Christ.

Let's allow the Word of God to dwell in us richly and transform us.
