Route 1

Stay in Spring. No Enhancements, Stay in WildFit Spring

CONTINUE:

1.) Drinking 8+ glasses of water each day.

2.) Drinking your Alkagizer (PRIME)

4.) Removing all dairy, processed foods, refined sugars, breads, pastas, starchy carbs, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine.

5.) Removing Fruit

6.) Removing Everything 'Sweet'

(natural sweetners, honey, agave, stevia, juices)

7.) Removing Sweet Vegetables / Root Vegetables

(sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, root veggies)

Keep going with WildFit Spring. Keep observing the changes - inches, energy, sleep. If you are struggling be diligent and stay 100% on track.
