WEEK 12 - Monday : Back to Spring

It's time to get back to Spring! - This is for everybody! Experience the switch again while you have the support of this community. If you are Category I, unless you really can't afford to lose any weight, also transition back into spring once again. Pay attention to how this feels. What is your transition like? Is it different than the last time around?
