Erics Strategies to Avoid Jet Lag
1. Drink lots of water for 2 days before you fly.
2. The day before you fly, set your watch to the time zone you are going to.
3. On the flight:
A. If you know that when you land you will go to sleep once you arrive at your destination, stay awake.
B. If you know that when you land it will be morning and you will need to be awake, go to sleep.
Aids for sleeping:
Eyemask
Earplugs (eliminates the low hum droning of the jets that stress your body)
Read a book instead of watching TV/movie
Use the Evolution pillow the most comfortable of them all
Take Melatonin if necessary
Take Magnesium if necessary
Meditate listen to as many as you can even if you cant sleep, you will feel more refreshed as a result
4. Once you arrive, stay awake until 9:47pm
Aids for falling asleep:

Cold bath not hot
5. Immediately adopt the meal times of the local time zone eat breakfast even if you arent that hungry or dont want to, etc.
