Here we are, already at the start of Week 2 of your WildFit Challenge. 

Bonus Information

Remember, the Enhancements for this week are:

1) Give Up Nothing

2) Drink 6-8 large glasses of water

3) Eat fresh fruit in the morning before you eat solid foods.

4) Step up your volume and variety of fresh vegetables with each meal.

5) Have at least two Alkagizers each day.

You might be tempted, this week, to cut certain things out. You might even find that you stop wanting certain less-than-functional foods. Stick with it. Cutting them out now is about short term change; sticking with the program is about LASTING change.
