Life is constantly changing and for some this can be a major inconvenience. Most of us are accustomed to being in the same place and conditions because we fear the unknown, however, no matter how hard we may try to avoid it, change is inevitable, it is one of the main things that life consists of. I myself am quite familiar with this occurrence and thought it best to share what I’ve learned from change and how this has helped me become more adaptable.
