The Bomber Crew is a local So California MTB group thats mission is to help people battle Anxiety and Depression through MTB and providing a community that looks after each other on and off the trail. Fred who is the founder of the group is a Veteran and many of the founding members were also Veterans. This is why I felt having the group on the Podcast was timely during Veterans week.
