A simple service of Daily Prayer featuring a shortchanted Psalm and a reading from Matthew's Gospel followed by a short reflection, prayers and silence. I use the framework of the Episcopal Church's Book of Common Prayer (1979) with a few other resources thrown in.
The Psalm is from from Enriching Our Worship. If you're interested in going deeper with Matthew's Gospel, I'm using Warren Carter's Matthew and the Margins (Orbis Press, 2000).
