A simple service of Morning Prayer with a hymn, a chanted Psalm and a reading from Luke's Gospel followed by a short reflection and a time for prayer.
The opening hymn can be found in the Hymnal 1982 (S34). The translation I'm using of Psalm 131 can be found in the Inclusive Language Psalter.
