The Baptism And Filling Of The Holy Spirit

The baptism of the Holy Spirit happens at the moment of salvation and is a one-time thing.
The filling of the Holy Spirit is a repeated empowering in the Christian’s life to obey God.
Being filled with the Spirit is letting Him and God’s Word guide you, and not some emotional, supernatural experience of performing miracles or speaking in tongues.
Being filled with the Holy Spirit is like plugging an appliance into an electrical outlet. But we have to turn on the power switch for it to work.
