Mark 13:28-37

The Lesson of The Fig Tree

Jesus gives us some answers about the end times, while still keeping the mystery of these future events.

God may not give us all the answers because we may not be able to handle such knowledge.

Lessons from the fig tree:

1. There are going to be some things that happen that will clue us in on when the end is near.
2. We won’t know the exact day or hour.
3. We are to watch and pray.

Jesus tells us three times here to “watch”.
