Ishu @theyogish is a certified yoga instructor with 200 hrs YTT. From leaving her full time corporate job to take care of her twins, to going into PPD(post partum depression) and then finding herself back through Yoga. She is now on the journey to help people specially new mothers to find themselves through Yoga. She finds yoga as a deep connection between her and her twins.
