She holds a proven track record of leading from front, maintaining the core philosophy at work of high performance culture , through outcome driven business excellence strategies.
With a career span of more than two decades, she has delivered number of projects driving operational excellence through product implementations, transformation via technology intervention, operation excellence and customer experience management.
She is a passionate trainer and continues to pursue her mission of making a difference through mentoring and coaching . She has recently launched her book as an Author on understanding Customer Experience in detail.
