Haiden @haiden.maples is an American expat and yoga teacher currently living in Mumbai, India. She first began practising yoga and meditation at the age of 16. This inspired her to complete her Bachelor's degree in Hindi so that she could travel to India to learn more about the spiritual origins of yoga.
She has since completed her 200 & 300 hr yoga teacher training from Rishikesh and is in the process of completing a 900 hr yoga teacher training from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai. She is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga to help others achieve higher levels of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
