先日は国際女性デーでした。ミモザを買った方もいれば、ジェンダーの在り方について考えた方もいらっしゃったのではないでしょうか。今日は、そもそもこういった日を制定することの良さと難しさとは、そんなことをはなしていきたいと思います。
また、日本の「さん」文化が、英語の「Mr.」「Mrs.」「Ms.」文化に比べて、いかにスマートか！なんて話も。
さらには、結果の平等 vs 過程の平等についてや、議会・役員・組織にクォータを設定する意義について議論してみました。
