This week my podcast guest is the brilliant Paul Watters! An accomplished well travelled chef who's not only a food columnist, but also a regular on American TV! Paul's doing a great job of spreading his glorious message of  simple, tasty, healthy food!

And, as it’s Easter, I tell you what you can do with the middle of your Cadbury creme egg - if like me, you’re not a fan of the horrible middle bit! Yuk!

And while doing the long bank holiday thing, I found myself watching all sorts of films. One of which, was Oliver. So had to include a bit of singing from Food Glorious Food in this week's podcast.
