Jordan Gerberding is a 4th year IT Management student at Boise State University. Both having internships in Akron Ohio this summer and a love of food, we have quickly become good friends. So what makes food special to Jordan? Deep Fried Good Times. That doesn't mean Jordan only eats his vegetables coated in crispy batter but it does mean he enjoys unique restaurants that aren't trying to prove anything. Interesting food enjoyed in a fun atmosphere with friends and family alike are they keys to what Jordan considers a great food experience.
